Who tought that the R.P.D map rework was good for the game?

I am actually very curious about this one because i took a break from dbd since the last anniversary and i came back to a version of R.P.D that could have not been possibly tested before thrown into the official version of the game. This map is so small and stuffed it's actually insane, it's a nurse's main paradise, full of 3 gens that can be exploited with scourge hooks, and it's not even the nurse, all the killers seem to thrive on this map. Since i came back 1 week ago this is the map in which the killer constantly doesn't have to do anything special to win, it feels like it is just handed to them. Anyway, is there any chance for another rework for this map in the future?

    People complained it was too large, so now its small.


    Also you do realize that only really the edge slivers of the map are blocked off right? It's only like 15% smaller.
