Corrupt, deadlock, thana, sloppy, plaything + penti, gift of pain, jolt, even pop, overcharge, DMS, will all slow down the game a lot.
Endgame perks are still good too, and so will information. Survivors passively will already be doing gens slower unless they ignore heals.

Gen blocking perks, end game perks, anti-heal if you want to, there are still some good perks but the heavy regression perks were all nuked.

How anti-heal will prevent genrushing? The main problem is even without serious genrush gens getting done way too fast. Even with regression perks hard to catch up.
And seriously. Overcharge (especially the new one) slow down A LOT the game? Or Pop? What game you play? Gift of pain will be absolutly useless with that 4 token system. You not only need to find a scourge hook (which's spawn is totally crap many-many times), but only able to use 4 times a game.
Corrupt also almost mean nothing. People will camp out, or just rush somewhere else. Thana worth nothing before and after 4 people. And as soon one is killed you cannot even reach that. When you loose 3 gens over 1 chase, when 2 gen pops within half a minute from the start those perks are literally worth nothing.

I am sure Sloppy and maybe Pentimento will also be nerfed before the patch goes live, at least I hope so.
Honestly, it simply feels like the devs want to bring slowdown perks more in line with other type of perks. With healing taking longer now, aura perks and chase perks will probably be used much more, which I think would be great. This game is in need of a more chase oriented meta.

M1 killers will be fine with Jolt. I really like to use it.
M2 killers will have harder time. I expect rise of Deadlock + No way out.
Gen kick meta is gone with all those nerfs.
Heal slowdown style works only on few killers. It's not generic thing anyone can use effectively.

To be fair, every single survivor perk i have liked/enjoyed has been gutted to damn near uselessness.
Iron Will, Dead Hard, CoH, Spine Chill.

As a person who plays 90% killer. Shut it. This update is fine for killers. The gen kick meta was boring and mostly unneccessary. If you can't win without it, you shouldn't win at all. I'll admit MAYBE skull merchant and knight will have a harder time, but people already didn't like those killers anyway so I guess it's just another reason to not like them rather than ruining killer meta. But I'm not going to go in depth about how wrong you are because it's obvious from your replies you're going to be stuck in your ways even with evidence right in front of you. You shouldn't be able to slap on perks and get a guaranteed win, you have to actually try. Especially since survivor healing got gutted, they can't do gens as quickly without risking themselves going down in a single hit (especially with the deadhard nerf).
