The bots have offerings you can't use anymore

Is it normal that bots have 4 offerings that got removed a long time ago? You can't equip them or anything, any reason why they're here?

Those offerings are still technically in the game. People who played back then more than likely have some stashed away on a character. They never remove offerings like that, just disable them. They would have just made it so the bots have every offering available, including disabled ones. No point coding some new thing to 'hide' them, as BHVR and laziness go hand in hand.
