yellow glyph is broken

I tried to claim my yellow glyph , but whenever i hit a successful skill check it counts that as a missed skill check , and i tried to claim several yellow glyphs , but it is the same bug , please fix this bug before the rift closes because i am so behind in the rift , and please make that i can redeem more than 1 code of the 100 rift fragments code please , and thats it .

This is because you've disabled Vsync in GameUserSettings.ini if you enable Vsync they work completely fine.
Edit: This is obviously for PC users only.
