PC (Steam) - missing outfit in the store

For months now, Dwight's outfit from the 1st rift "Fancy Freshman" (that eventually got released in the store) has been unavailable for purchase as a whole. The individual items (head, torso, legs) ARE available for purchase, but the set (which is usually discounted by 10%) isn't. People won't even know this outfit is in the store, unless they carefully examine one of the 3 individual sections, and piece things together.
Usually you'd see "Available in Fancy Freshman collection" on the right side of the screen, but it doesn't show.

This is still bugged. It's been almost a year and a half since I reported this bug, and it still hasn't been addressed.
