One problem with the changes: Pharmacy is really bad now
An oversight of the medkit changes will result in the time it takes to heal yourself with Pharmacy to be essentially doubled. This perk was barely used before, and doesn't need a nerf.
Pharmacy needs a major speed bonus to healing yourself with medkits gained with this perk to offset the nerfs to the Green Medkit. Something like +100% would put it close to what it was before.

Agree, I honestly cannot believe they decided to nerf pharmacy twice at this point when it was already rarely used lol

Pharmacy just needs to have it's Chest Unlocking Speed increased like it use to, before it would always apply, now it only applies while injured. Before I would run Pharmacy with Plunderer's Instinct and Ace In The Hole just to make Chests fast and fun to search, cant really do that anymore.

I think their perk can get reworked to heal a full health-state upon opening a chest. No med-kit or anything like that. just full heal whenever you open a chest injured.

That would probably be a bit much (and my mountain of green medkits needs to keep growing). I think the heal speed bonus would be ideal.

Yeah, the medkit nerfs are amazing but this was the one side effect of it unfortunately.
Imo, increase the chest unlock boost to 80/90/100% (up from 40/60/80) and give any Pharmacy medkit a 50% healing speed increase if you're the one who uses it. This will offset the medkit's self-heal penalty and make it a 16 second heal only for that one medkit. It would still deplete all 24 charges, and still achieve the goal of making medkits weaker than before as it used to be a 10.7s heal with the green medkit and now it wouldn’t be.

Pharmacy was never a problem before, I don't see why the Heal Speed boost can't bring the self heal back to what it was.
