error Code 8,024
Hey I could someone please help me? (I am playing on Pc and over Steam)
I have an issue with my game and dont know how to help myself.
Since yesterday I cant get past the log in screen and always get the error code: 8,024. And it tells me "Cannot connect to online services. Please try again later"
I already tried: repairing the game, new installing the game, checked my internet connection (its stable and i can play other games with no issues), and deactivated my Firewall and the tried it again.

which Server region are you in? Have you checked your firewall settings?

Im playing on the Europe servers.
I just checked the settings of my firewall and it shouldn't cause any problems.

Hi, does your username for DBD happen to have the word Link in it? I have a suspicion, but if it's the same as your forum ID then it's pretty much debunked

I mean if your DBD gaming username doesn't contain the word link in it, then it proves my theory of that being the cause of the error false

I wouldn’t say that. There seems to be some kind of connection indeed. Though maybe ‚link‘ isn’t the only term affected!
