Became looping harder?
Hello Community!
The last time I actively played the game was when the big update was released that made Survivors slower and Killers faster. I never tested the update.
Now, I'm playing again and it feels like looping became much harder. i mean the loops work but i have no time at all to perform them because the killer is already hitting me.
Did something change again? Or is the mentioned update really such a big deal for survivors now?

The only thing I can think of is that you're probably feeling the slight nerf to the damage boost coupled with the slight buff to the hit animation.

I mean back then, I was able to loop 2 - 3 gens against a hardcore killer without any problems. Some mindgames and everything was fine. But right now, I am just looping 1 tile and that's it. There is no time to run to another tile when the killer understands what I am doing.
Is it even possible to loop like before the big update back then?

I mean at least some maps have seen improvements to their design, not favoring survivors as much anymore. So in that sense, looping has gotten a bit harder for survivors. Still very dependable on what map you are playing on, and what killer you are facing. Maps like the new Knight map are still insanely survivor sided.
So maybe that's the difference you are experiencing. Looping itself, at base, hasn't been changed however. Except for those small killer buffs from the 6.1.0 update.

I mean if it's been a while you might just be rusty, or people generally looping better on both sides over time. It's not unreasonable or unfair to say you might need to warm up more or adjust to the new mindgames people like to use now. There were small buffs to killer in 6.10 (breaking pallets faster and less disatnce after being injured) but I don't imagine that should make a massive difference, slight changes to maps but good plays probably wouldn't care about these as much.
Nothing wrong with being rusty I'm rusty after a week of not playing, just something you need to deal with, if it's map changes WIndows of Oppertunity might help but don't learn to rely on it.
