Started the game 6 days ago. How do I prevent this? is this a skill issue? sry for the goofy grammer

Hello I am a person who started the game 6 days ago I tried every free killer to decide which one I like most. After playing them a bit I realized how much I have fun with the nurse so I play with her whenever I log in but the matches are very "weird". I sometimes get 4k but these matches didnt include people doing the thing that I cant stop. The thing I cant stop is the people who are hiding in the map for straight 30 mins when 2 people die. I kill 2 of them and they instantly disappear and when I find someone I lose them very quick and while the person runs other survivor does the gen and if I let him go then he will be back doing gens they are litteraly abusing the cycle. Maybe its just because I cant find them? I have to go very fast between gens and when I blink near a gen and find someone then get stunned by blink at the same time then they just take advantage of stun and disappear again since blink is not a infinite range sniper and I have to check all gens again to be sure they dont have a lot of progress. Someone did this as a whole team to me before too they sat in a single gen and progressed it a lot and when I chased them they went to other gens while someone camped at the previous gen so if I chase others he will finish the gen. I dont have problem with this but THE GUY DOESNT EVEN CARE IF I WALK 10 METERS HE INSTANTLY STARTS HAVING ANAL WITH THE GEN if I decide to chase him instead I usually land a hit and he escapes. At that point if I go after other people he will be back very fast and finish the gen and the cycle continues. if dont then I lose 4 gens. By the time I am writing this I started a match at 17:34 and that game ended at ≈ 18:15 the survivors abused the cycle so much that I got 46k bloodpoints (I killed only 2 survivors) my perks were sloppy butcher 2 jolt 2 bitter murmur 1 nurses calling 2

    If you struggle finding sneaky survivors nowhere to hide, whisperers or barbecue and chili are potential perks to look into

    My biggest advice however would be to just play more,since you will eventually start facing seasoned players,who don't find the thought of wasting 30 minutes appealing.Aditionally you don't need to defend every single generator on the map,focus on a couple few which are close by and defendable,don't be afraid to give generators up and use them simply as a means of finding survivors.
