At the risk of sounding stupid, where do I find this folder?

I don't have a "WindowsClient" folder but I do have a folder that just says "Windows", the "WindowsNoEditor" is here though.
Do I drag everything from the NoEditor into the Windows folder, or is there something specific I am dragging? The Windows folder also only has one thing in it called "DeviceProfiles.ini"

Have you started the game at least once? My WindowsClient folder didn't show up until I opened the game the first time.

the important files are the game user settings file and the engine file, they're both .ini files. If you didn't modify the engine file (to disable anti-aliasing, for example) you don't need to do anything with it.
