DDOS still happening...?

a few weeks ago, while streaming dbd, my stream dropped along with my internet. and again... and again... so I took a break and played other games no problem. Then, I come back to DBD last night and then last my stream and internet completely went out. So, DDOS still happening? I have absolutely excellent internet and never experience issues with my internet otherwise.
