Increase the value of Haemorrhage Status Effects
Remove Haemorrhage Status Effects by Sloppy Butcher Perk.
Remove Haemorrhage Status Effects and Mangled Status Effects by Scourge Hook: Gift of Pain Perk.
Currently, Haemorrhage Status Effects is very strong, so it is better to reduce the number of perks that can give Haemorrhage Status Effects.
Blood Echo is now a perk that grants the Haemorrhage Status Effects, and if you hang the injured person on a hook, other injured people will receive the Haemorrhage Status Effects, making them less likely to be targeted in tunnels.
Currently, very few people use the Blood Echo Perk. This change will increase the value of Blood Echo and increase its use.

No, since my first day in DBD, Sloppy Butcher was my signature perk.
Don't you dare touch it.

Hemorrhage is needed on Gift of Pain, otherwise you could hard counter it by 99ing your heal with a medkit until the killer comes to you. You used to be able to do this before Hemorrhage regression was added, which was part of why it was such a bad perk originally (along with the repair penalty being lower back then).

If you need Hemorrhage for Gift of Pain, use Blood Echo Perk together.

And have less available diversity in my perk selection? No thanks. It'll just make people choose a different perk.

Spirit Fury Perk is not affected by Reduces Pallet Stun duration. Requires Enduring Perk. One perk should not have multiple effects. The diversity caused by the number of perks saved by one perk having multiple effects is not wanted.

The difference between a synergy and a forced requirement is lost on you isn't it.
Besides, the whole point of it is to give the survivor a decision, stay injured and save time on healing but be at risk, or heal and lost time on gens but can take a hit.

99ing your heal is not possible unless the survivor has the self-healing perk or item. Having a self-healing tool is a way to deal with the Gift of Pain, not being forced to use the Blood Echo Perk.
Fogwise perk is completely disabled by Fearmonger perk. There's nothing wrong with having a workaround.

I feel the only thing i'd want changed for the Haemorage status effect is for it to not work while staying still so perks like resurgence/solidarity/reactive healing weren't just denied entirely out of existence. If not that then a duration on the debuffs from sloppy/gift of pain so vigil could see more use in supportive builds.
alternatively even the healing loss being slower would be another way of tuning it.
