As a console player I've heard about PC players having legacy skins. How did they unlock these skins

As far as i read console players wont get it because it was something only PC players got when the game first started. Or something around those lines

You are correct. PC players were given this forĀ prestiging before a patch that made leveling up easier back in the day.Ā6
