Missing paid content
I logged on to play and a bunch of my characters say I need to purchase to use. I bought all characters and dlc's over the past few years but now it says I need to purchase them to use them. Please help. I'm on xbox series x.

I’ve tried resetting my Xbox and the game but all the killers I’ve bought are gone and when I go to “buy” them again it says I own it already but I cannot play them?

My wife and a friend of mine are having the same issues on Xbox One, my Series S is not having this problem with survivors

Played this morning post-update on Series S, no issue. Just signed in to play and everything included in the Ultimate Edition is gone. It is allowing me to re-purchase my main character (but I won’t) but, funny enough, in the store, the Kate pictured is wearing cosmetics I’ve collected over the years. LOL This is super annoying. Restarting didn’t help.

I lost most of mine too. I opened a ticket and I'm hoping for the best. I have daily rituals for characters I can't use. How frustrating.

The same thing is for me and my sister but just with Renato, Thalita, and SkullMerchant. We just regular xbox 1 tho

I noticed that the DLC was uninstalled. I went through the Xbox store and installed the missing ones and I have all of my characters again with their prestige levels. Give it a try to see if it resolves your problem.

I'm hoping a mod will jump in and at least say they're aware of this issue and tell us it's being looked into.

I'm looking at my achievements list and not just dbd is saying 0%. This may be a Microsoft issue.

Guys just download the dlcs again, all your progress will be kept, cosmetics, perks and builds.

Just checked and the same, all the DLC on my wife's Xbox was gone for the characters she was missing and had to reinstall it

I am on Xbox Series X and have a bunch of missing killers and survivors as well. I'm glad I am not the only one and this gets fixed asap.

It worked. I went to the Microsoft store, typed dead by daylight, went to add ons, hit the show all button, then I individually re-download all my content that had said I already purchased. Thanks for your help. Luckily, I never lost my Demo, Steve and Nancy since they can't be re-download.

I just logged into my account after the 6.7.1 patch and all of my dlc characters (from Halloween to Sadako Rising)

Same, I’m on Xbox and both the Xbox and DbD had updates today, now all my dlc characters are greyed out.

I went to the Microsoft store, but since I bought most of the characters with auric cells as well as iridescent shards, I never purchased them in the Microsoft store so I can’t get any of them back.

Bhvr and Microsoft will have to fix it. Tons of people are having this problem. Also, my achievements fir my games are gone in my profile. Microsoft must be having issues.

I am a Steam player, so I cannot be 100% sure this will work, but I read elsewhere that if you use this link you should be able to download the Stranger Things DLC as long as its' registered on your account.

Everything is GONE when i just logged in, ive spent a TON of money on all these DLC and characters and i need them back NOW and i definately need my Steve/Nancy/Demogorgan back as those are no longer available and those are my main characters. All the cosmetics i purchased better be there too! I am on Xbox and it was fine yesterday but it seems like as of this "patch" everything is gone.

If you load them up on their "Store" page, you can actually see them still wearing the cosmetics, so if the characters aren't really gone, then the cosmetics are still there. BHVR ######### up big time, and I cannot WAIT to see what they do to compensate this for us.
For some reason I'm only missing Leatherface, even though I had literally all of the killers.

It looks like it was a Microsoft issue. All my content is back today, including Stranger Things. Xbox achievements are fixed too. Didn’t have to redownload anything.
