Simple solution: upon reaching the exit grid while asleep, players need to perform their own "wake up" action (similar to the one performed on other sleeping survivors.) If the survivor is downed, the amount of time it takes to wake up is twice as long. survivors are unable to cross the exit barrier while asleep., UNLESS they've freshly been hit (similar to how being hooked or activating adrenaline wakes the survivor)
this would give freddy more post-game pressure, but not make him overbearing.

You have free aura reading as Freddy. If they manage to crawl out of the exit gates while downed when you have a permanent Deerstalker, that is all on you buddy.

It's called they stand at the very edge of the exit wounded KNOWING that when I strike them, they get an instant crawl escape and if i leave them alone, they'll just wake each other up and escape anyways.

Survivors can walk out of the exit gates while healthy or injured, why should the dying state be any different?

Players can wake each other up, if Freddy is on their tail not giving them time to wake each other up then that's a good freddy! So if everyone's asleep and standing at the exit if this gets fixed/patched then they don't get a "Get out of jail free" card for standing at the exit in hopes of freddy smacking them.
This would discourage people from running to the exit while in dreamworld since there's no way out. I guess if you really want to counterbalance this, they can wake themselves up but it can only be once the exit gates are powered, takes alot longer, and it inflicts the exposed status on them which does not wear off until after they are downed in the dreamworld again. This I think would balance things out

A player can't use the Wake Up action to wake someone else up if they themself are asleep. With your suggestion, it would be possible for no one to be able to escape if everyone is asleep and no one has anything to either heal or fail a skill check with.

An easy solution is pick them up and put them on the hook, there, now they can't crawl out! You learn something new every day

Free escape? Really? If survivors make it to the exit gates you lost just face it. You just want a free 4k. That's not gonna happen. Get good.
As for your idea (people in the dream world shouldn't be able to escape): If all survivors are in the dream state and you don't attack them they're stuck in the map. Woow your ideas are great I wonder why you are not a developer.

Oh and apparently Borrowed Time makes them immune to Freddy's dream world barricade since they just waltz right through the exit after i hit them!

Because people like you ensure the devs won't listen to a damned word us players with actual brains on our shoulders say. Survivor main players like you(the ones who will throw a tantrum the moment their OP status is threatened) make up 95% of the playerbase. If the devs listened to the 5% of us who know how to properly balance this game, they'd go bankrupt since you guys would boycott and basically kill the game.
Oh but by all means deny it and/or say I'm actually apart of that 95%...PLEASE DO... I'm expecting it. ;) Because that's all you're good for, whining and throwing a tantrum when things look like they won't go in your favor.

I would not trust you to be able to properly balance the game if you didn't realize that your suggestion of making asleep Survivors unable to cross the gates had the potential to make it so it would be impossible to escape.

They escape in the dream world the question is u got unlimited wall hacks why didn't u get them before the door open. Just run blood warden or even run the pig and put the trap if you don't want them to leave thru the gates

Obviously you are the one throwing tantrums when things don't go your way based on your threads.
Also survivors are not OP at all: ACCORDING TO CURRENT DEVELOPER statistics the vast majority of survivors DIE.

Because most of them don't know how to play survivor worth a damn. Don't play that stupid card when we BOTH KNOW that a skilled survivor is OP as hell with all the tools they have at their disposal and what do you encounter post rank 14? SKILLED SURVIVORS! Killers have a huge disadvantage at later ranks due to all the OP perks survivors get.
You want a middleground? FINE! Have the devs introduce a "Hard Core" mode that makes it so the survivors and killers get no perks but can still bring items/addons in. THEN we'll see how quickly all that "Skill" goes out the window for survivors and killers who rely heavily on perks while the ones who are truly skilled escape or get 4ks.
