Sorry for t-bagging but I have to
I'm sorry for the teabagging, but as a lone survivor, I have to do it. If you don't chase me, my team won't last long if you chase them instead of me, so I have to keep you occupied while they work on the generators.

usually a yellow flashlight and a few pallet stuns is enough for me lol

I tunnel t-bagging survivors out, albeit I usually lose the match, but hey, it's a good feeling watching them die on hook lol

So if I pallet smash you 2x (even though you respected), chain blinded you and then you leave to find someone else but I click and teabag you, you just aren’t gonna chase me?

I'm not sure this really qualifies as a mind game. You hope the killer has a rough time and try to annoy them so they'll go for you instead of your team mates. It's the same as the killer hitting you on the hook: Unnecessary.
Also, most teabags don't happen until the survivors made it to the gates. Is that a mind game as well?

one pallet stun follow up by a slightly cocky 360 spin in place is enough to turn me into bull.
when a survivor get to antsy with the t bags i like to give them a old fashion smack on the hook before leaving to tend to my gen garden once more.
As survivor i love to t bag but absolutely hate it as killer hehe.

Studies have shown that 62% of tea bagging survivors will DC within the first few minutes when being taken down by a competent killer or the game doesn't go according to their plan.

Being rude to people on purpose instead of being rude just because is not an excuse. When people do that in my games I usually ignore them and then go full sweat on the team, slugging for the 4k in the endgame.

Literally this

This is why when i face a heavy t-bagger i start to ignore them.
No matter if they want to goad or just plain annoy you. In the end attention is what they want. Nothing will crush their spirits as being ignored will
9 times out of 10 they won't even do gens. They'll just follow you around throwing the game for their team.

👍
Flashlight clickers, mass tbaggers, last second switchers,....
All get the ignore treatment, they don't want me to have fun or try to annoy me for attention?
Nah, they can have fun on their own.

Bro what. Imagine I tunnel you out and just say I was baiting your team off of gens to stop you from being killed off. But that is way more of a viable strategy then just t-bagging for the killers attention.
I get the intention and the reasoning but the validity of it is so much less than a killer tunneling and I don't do either.
Go for it if you feel it benefits you just like all the killers tunneling because they think that's the only way to salvage their awfully designed killers.
While I think tunneling is just dumb, it has a few valid reasons for doing it within dbd, on the other hand t-bagging has one valid reason that doesn't work vs killers actually trying to win. If you do it to me, sure, I'll take your challenge and walk over your corpse. But I remember being a new player maining doctor and realistically the only people your "strategy" is working vs is somewhat new players. I may take your bait, but make no mistake it was intentional.
If it works for you, good job. You managed to tilt a player not playing to win into your grasp, or atleast a killer who doesn't know better.
While I don't enjoy being tunneled I can say I'm probably only a top 25% survivor(not good in any regard), it''s not that hard to deal with vs most killers. I'll take the 3E for a 1k anyday because it would require an absurd amount of bp for me to care about living, even then bp doesn't matter after playing killer for 500h. There's nothing to grind for, I am just working for the best possible outcome for the team. Not that people would understand that.

Sounds a little presumptuous over your fellow survivors' abilities to me.
However, if I'm a killer I'm fine by this. If someone is trying to get my attention (which, I will add, is perfectly fine in game - it's the game equivalent of when someone in a horror game shouts abuse at the killer in a movie to distract them), the odds are that's 2 people not doing gens = more reason for me to ignore and get the win.

I think teabagging works on unexperienced or newish killers, as I used to get annoyed by it and only care about killing that person in a match. But now I see it doesn't matter and people just do it to get the attention of the killer to chase them, I just ignore teabagging people and just do what I need to, to win the match lol.

As others have said, t-bagging and attention seeking is most likely gonna get you ignored. Definitely does in my games, I'll come back for you once I've gotten some of the others and gotten rid of a bunch of your pallets.

If a survivor really stands out for like Teabagging to be chased i usually wont chase them because i know those players are confident to loop lol.

Would you like some mugs for your t-bags?

I had a situation yesterday when a killer started smacking everyone on hook off the bat (no teabags or anything toxic from my team until then). They’re were a TTV so I did say GGs and asked why and they said they do it because they can’t stand the survivor screams and smacking reduces it - I don’t play killer so didn’t know that was a thing so it may be true but I did tell them they should be aware of how it will look for survivors who may reply in kind. I mean if survivors knew it was a thing then maybe they wouldn’t mind too much (unless it is repeated smacks… which I often get!)

I’m sorry if I don’t chase you. People who t-bag at the start of the match are usually the good loopers. I’ve learned to ignore them and find the weak link and tunnel them out instead. That way, I get rid of the map resources quickly and make it easier to catch the t-bagger and bleed them out.
1 -
Ah ok! I’ll bare that in mind thanks for verifying :)
Probably would be good for the game if they reduced the screams to potentially avoid this having to be done but at least it makes sense now!

What if they make it into gate and t-bag you here again

True. The danger in getting angry is that you then chase and it will last an eternity. Typical of SWFs.
However, there are some (very few) instances when they make a mistake (run into walls, made a mistake at mindgaming etc.) which results in them being downed. An immediate (and mandatory) DC will follow. 😏

Not really lol, but I still need to try. I get bad teammates who waste god pallets and loop at unsafe pallets for no reason.

I'm sorry for the tunneling, but as a lone Killer, I have to do it. If I don't camp you, your team will do gens instead of trying to save you, so I have to keep them occupied so they don't work on the generators.

oh I mean as Survivor its enough
I dont remember the last time Ive ever tunneled some one out just because they tried being annoying. If anything the kind of players who do genuinely try to get a reaction out of you by doing such thing are usually the ones who get upset once they realize youre just playing normally but still kicking their ass.

Yes.

If I get teabagged the following usually happens:
Tunneling, camping and the 4 person slug are now on the table. Unless I'm teabagged my normal playstyle is to never tunnel, camp or 4 person slug but now that's a possibility so congrats?
It might still work out for your team if I can catch you easily as I'll either bleed you out to almost nothing and then facecamp you then, bleed you out, or just tunnel you out. I'll farm with the remaining members of your team who haven't BMed since they could have had a normal match against somebody who normally alternates hooks, doesn't tunnel or camp and goes for a 12 hook playstyle with the first death being around six to seven hooks in. But, hey, giving me a virtual middle finger was important to you I guess.
If I can't catch you easily I'll play sweaty and kill the weakest link on the team one by one until the end when you'll occasionally get the Hatch but, more likely, get bled out.
On a very rare occasion there will be a 3E or 4E but that doesn't generally happen as I have a few thousand hours in the game so I'm not inexperienced and the chances MMR will give me opponents on the same level is pretty small.
So, congrats, you made the game worse for your teammates. I don't understand why so many can't grasp that unless somebody is rude to you first you shouldn't be rude to them either. The only time teabagging doesn't make it worse is against an inexperienced Killer and, in the long term, you just made it worse since the new Killer will remember those times they just started out and got bullied and BMed by a more experienced survivor. Then their attitude will shift to why shouldn't I tunnel and camp if survivors will just BM me anyway.
So, congratulations again. You just helped make the DbD community more toxic and more us vs them. It's only by a small amount since the DbD community is pretty huge and you're one person but you did your part. You could have made yourself visible to the Killer first, bodyblocked for a survivor being chased, or even just deliberately failed a gen skill check while working solo on a gen that wasn't touched before and is away from the gens being completed but, instead, why not give somebody a virtual middle finger? Not BMing somebody who wasn't BMing you might lead to more fun and respectful games for the community and we can't have that.

Jokes on you buddy
I ignore the t-baggers to go after the others
5 -
It's okay. I do that, too

I never take the tea bag bait. I ll go elsewhere, firstly if they're doing that, they want me to play there game, secondly, they probably have a plan or a ploy to avoid getting caught. I ll make a mental note of it and if I get the chance to tunnel them or give them a taste of there own brand, I will.
