Why isn't my ps5 auto popping the prestige trophies?

Hi just wondering if anyone could help me out. I brought a ps5 last week and upgraded to the ps5 version which I assumed the prestige trophies should pop but they haven't other trophies have but prestige and the levelling up killer/survivor. I've tried syncing the trophies but nothing reboot console and done everything I can think of. Any help would be appreciated.

    I can't remember, but I think you still have to prestige someone.

    Do you have anyone ready to be prestige? After you do that they all should pop.

    Sadly dbd does not do that like games like say ff7 remake/ resident evil remakes will that even have a option on ps5 that auto transfer/pop your trophies since DBD as you notice we cant back up data or anything of that as all of our stuff is on their own personal client. I think any asymmetrical game is like this, evil dead dont do it either. I also think too that if you look there are a few more added trophies to the ps5 version that was not on ps4 like having to get adept doc.

    Yes I've tried prestigeing again and nothing tried killer and survivor. Everyone I've spoken to that has gone from ps4 to ps5 have said that the prestige trophies pop straight away. I've asked on trophy groups and they said best to ask here.

    They should of popped. Try restarting if that doesn't work you might need to contact customer support.

    Same issue. Just started the PS5 version & nothing popped. Even after I prestiged someone. Id appreciate it if you let me know what you find out

    I will let you know the outcome. It's annoying as they pop on my partners and sons account.

    Thanks yeah my friends got them as soon as they booted the game but they started some time before me. Hopefully we’re not completely locked out of them
