Going from Darktide's SOLID cooperative play to this is going from uber doge to mlem doge.
I'm a noob at posting images to illustrate my point, but imagine everyone being useless and afraid of the killer(granted I'm currently in Ash rank, but still. Can't count on teammates to unhook or do gens.

Darktide is from the Warhammer series, or so it says online. I'm guessing in the future, where it's based, spelling has been forgotten in favour of WAR!!!

Darktide is a Warhammer 40k 4-player co-op first-person horde shooter game about conscripts fighting demons. It's a sequel (sorta) to Vermintide, a similar game but in the Warhammer Fantasy setting.

Lmao, alright, I've been unironically playing Darktide since release, and I went back to it for a while until this latest patch went live. If you know the Darktide playerbase, you know they are some serious teammates. Nobody is effin around, because everyone has the same objective, whereas in DBD, everyone is kinda doing their own thing, you will find helpful teammates, but it's not always the rule. Anyway, I was just being salty after coming back months later.
What I meant with the doge meme thing, even I didn't get it right, I was talking about 'Swole Doge vs Cheems'. You can look it up as that, and that's what I was talking about. Honestly, nothing makes me more livid than dealing with Darktide's many shortcomings, mostly coming from the god-awful developers, but the playerbase is almost always pretty goddamn good, whereas here, you see a lot of toxicity or just people goofin' around, which is why I keep coming back, don't get me wrong.
