Permanent Suspension

So I am a PS5 player, and have been playing for about two years now. Today I was in the middle of a game when I was kicked, my session expired. After trying to get back in, I was given a message that told me my account was permanently suspended. I have never done anything to warrant a suspension, especially not permamanr. I was wondering if this is a common occurrence? Even if just on console? I need to get back my account, I have spent a lot of time and money on it.

    I'm sorry you had to deal with this today. I'm afraid we don't discuss bans here on the Forum, but I would absolutely send a Ticket to Support for this. They will be able to assist in finding out what is occurring and give you more information: https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us/
