I love how this game is only tuned to SWF+chat

As a killer main, it means that about half the time I get some solo q survivors and mop the floor with them. And when I play survivor in solo queue, it means that my games are only 30 seconds long.

agreed. playing a bunch of SWF matches in a row where I get steamrolled makes me take it out on the poor solo survivors I play the next round.

People who wanted to gaslight you would say that the likelihood of meeting a 4 man swf is low or you can still win even with the information handicap.

Just play like each match is a 4 man swf.

You hit the nail on the head. DBD has two different game experiences for survivors. Either solo which is hell or swf. If I was a developer I would work towards making the game play similar for all. That means every advantage given to swf should also apply to solo queue. The only difference would be playing with swf would have the added fun of hearing your friends reactions.

It's funny when killers think we're a SWF because we body blocked for each other and helped, they must have solo survivor in very high regard in general.

Just a few days ago I was playing solo (can't say for sure for the other people) and killer ended up asking as if we were SWF cause we were taking hits for each other. Also had a good game yesterday where Pyramid Head was trying to tunnel me and my team of randoms helped me.

But I also got unlucky when I was trying to help a fellow Rebecca who was getting tunneled by Wesker and we both died.

Sometimes the stars align and you and your teammates co-ordinate, other times not so.

But hey, it's funny if we play ok that killer would rather think we're a SWF, that's a great compliment actually.

I am once again suggesting that BHVR immediately start a match when 5 players are found. Then the ability to lobby dodge is removed entirely, and then the matchmaking system can function properly.

I agree with you. This would absolutely work, and get rid of the annoying last second swapping bs survs can do as well. Their matchmaking system could have its best shot to do it's thing.

Good luck getting support for this though.

I suspect most of the veteran very good killers are matched up with the very good teams quite often, if there's no lobby dodging shenanigans to bork things up. The sweats against the sweats at that mythical "high MMR" area. If that happens to often to either role they'll get burned out quickly af.

I assume there aren't that many new killer players generally compared to survivors which also leads to the mismatches.
