how would the Borgo get reworked if it ever did?
It seems that the Borgo is the most hated map for its design so how would it get reworked?
maybe just the colours as its very red or just reducing the pallets or maybe its fine what you guys think?

To be fair, all three of these are heavily survivor sided and could use some rebalancing.
for Borgo, the colors def need to be toned down. I donāt get why map reworks took out the colored hues and then this gets introduced?
also, for accessibility scratch mark- and aura colors should probably be adjustable anyway which would already make this map a little bit more bearable.

Iāve always thought they were intentionally survivor-sided. Kind of like how RPD, Midwich, and Leryās are killer-sided.

I find Borgo way too big for me as a killer. It needs a complete rework including map size adjustment (similarly to Eyrie).

Yes, but for me if I get goj with a weaker killer I dont think This match will be hard for me instead I imediedly think 4 man out I do not have any chances to win. If I get RPD with Survivor I think it will be hard but we can make it.

i would never understand how people could consider lery a killer sided map. Yes it good for sealth killers but sooooooo. Every loop can be chain together and half the killers power take even line of sight or a second to use....which is just enough time for a survivor to cut a corner. feel like i playing in back rooms!! Fullof endless corners and random dead ends.
by the way i agree with the other two being killer sided for show

First of all get rid of all the red highlights that are exactly the same color as scratch matches. Then just completely change the color scheme of the map.

I don't have any problems with it personally. I don't know what settings everyone has that makes it so red but it isn't for me.

Personally I think Borgo is way worse than Gideon. Gideon sucks, but it has some advantages for certain killers like Doctor and Ghostface that can make it somewhat enjoyable. Borgo is just miserable.

Just remove it completely. Its irredeemable. The colour palette is awful, pallet density is insane and visual design is also horrible, it looks like a pile of random props thrown on a platter.

Good maps have good connecting windows to other loops when they are implemented in a balanced way. Bad map design is just putting a bunch of fillers inbetween every tile ane calling it a day. Same w/ garden of joy

A rework doesn't mean winning is not possible. I definitely won on this map. In fact, I won with Deathslinger and I'm really bad at aiming and shooting. I remember starting a match only to use up my party streamers for extra BP.

Delete it and start from scratch. Borgo has too many issues for a simple rework. The colours are all over the place and it's honestly hard on the eyes to just look at it (at least for me). I can't play on that map for more than 10 minutes without getting a headache. The pallet count is ridiculous and takes any fun aspect out of the chase and that map is biiiiiiig.
It's not as bad as Garden of Misery though. That one is off the charts.

Borgo is definitely up there but Garden of Joy is almost certainly the most hated map for killer. Borgo, Eyerie and Badham probably under that.
That said to make it better they'd need to shrink it slightly and add more walls so you can't see the killer coming a mile away.

The reddish aesthetic has to go. They have done a fantastic job with it, don't get me wrong, but it has put a masive stain on killers' viewpoint.
