ruin is absolutely garbage no one should ever run it.
All of skull merchant's perks are bad.

Both the stream and the road map mention perks are going to be worked on this year. There will be perk reworks.

They just reworked a few perks, and probably have more to come.

They didn't say that, they just said they probably won't do a big perk overhaul patch like they did last time. Instead will be sprinkled out in updates.
