Some main buildings may need an upstairs hook.
Today I faced 4 survivors who used the Ormond offering and Boil Over, intending to use the main building as their safe spot and basically making sure they were downed on that floor, so that boil over could do its magic. Luckily I was playing as knight and could delay them to down them where I wanted using the guards, plus they were bad at chase (no wonder why they used that strategy). Now there are maps with main buildings that have second floors that do have a hook upstairs, and perhaps to prevent boil over abuse it would be best to have a hook on every second floor of a main building.
I got a 4k slugging, which was extreeeeemely boring

Another reason to gut Boil Over.

It's even more annoying when you face a group where all players use No Mither, so you can't even slug them.
You will win against most of these groups but they will succeed in making your match an absolute slog.

Ormand absolutely needs a hook upstairs, even if just one. I can't think of any other map with a building of two floors that doesn't have a hook, so I'm still confused why Ormand is the exception.
This has been mentioned in feedback a few times - including myself - so it's unlikely they have not seen at least one of those requests.

I don't understand why boil over isn't 3 different perks; one to hide hooks, one to get a wiggle boost when dropping, and one to make the killer veer sharply in random directions. Maybe combine those effects with one other similar effect on each perk, but having all 3 on one perk is WAY too strong. Most of the time if I pick up a survivor with Boil Over, unless I'm right by a hook, I immediately drop them. And if I find multiple survivors with Boil Over, then I go for slugfest.

Not defending Boil Over in and of itself, but that's how you get mid-terrible perks like Dance With Me & Poised that nobody uses.
DanceW/Me isn't that bad, but Deception literally has the same 3 seconds of hiding scratch marks and pools of blood. I see no reason to use it as the whole effect is basically a secondary bonus to other perks. Lithe, Quick & Quiet, or the new perk Cut Loose serve a similar purpose but do it better.

Boil Over really needs to be reworked into something else entirely. It's such an annoying perk.

Upstairs Hooks should not be a thing. They are sometimes stronger than Basement Hooks.
Boil Over needs to be reworked. This would solve the problem.

Got flashbacks from a recent ironworks of misery match
As a result, 3 smartаssеs got slugged and I let the 4th survivor, who basically tried to play in a normal way, have a hatch.

Boil over and sabo builds have been extremely popular for a while now. But yeah, what you mentioned is a massive problem and most times if someone is using it, they are trying to abuse second story buildings and force a slug. The easiest fix to this would honestly be to just revert the change that gives you wiggle when killers fall from height

Oh, some of them were, but I just killed them and left the two who were not using it on the ground.
