Cleansing a hex totem does not use a crouched hitbox

In a match against Skull Merchant, I approached a hex totem with a nearby drone in scan mode. I wasn't sure if the scan would detect me behind the small bush, so I crouched. The scan went past me without activating the drone.

Without moving, I started cleansing the hex totem. When the scan came back around, it saw me and activated the drone.

    Are we sure the drone wasnt activated manually by drone merchant to keep an eye on the hex? Not sure if that can be determined from survivors perspective, but that would be my first guess before thinking it's a hitbox bug. I guess seeing if a huntress can hit you with a hatchet from the same position could determine hitbox placement for this interaction.

    That's something that's easier for them to replicate than myself. I don't have friends who play and cannot test this is Kill Your Friends Mode.
