Killer Idea: The Warden

Ability: Lock Up
You able to apply handcuffs to downed survivors. You start the trail with 3 handcuffs. If a survivor has handcuffs on them the survivor will:
•Be unable to preform any actions.
•Suffer the Hindered status effect.
•Wiggle Out 10% slower.
To remove the handcuffs they can:
•Get another survivor not wearing handcuffs to remove them.
•Remove it themselves either using a toolbox or running Saboteur.

You can lock up objectives. You also have 2 locks. You can lock up generators, exit gates, lockers and vaults. Survivors can not interact with any locked objectives. To remove the lock they can:
•Use a Dull or Skeleton Key to open it.
•Use a toolbox or Saboteur.
•Wait for the Entity to consume it. (5 minutes)

Perks:
Confiscated: Your lunge is increased by 5/10/15%.
All survivors hit by your lunge will suffer the Hindered status for 1/2/3 seconds.

Criminal Minds: If a survivor is within 6/12/18 meters of another survivor for 60/50/40 seconds, both survivors auras are revealed to you for 4/5/6 seconds.

Injustice: When you damage a generator, the generator will gain a token connected to that generator, up to a maximum of 5/6/7 tokens. For each token, the repair speed for that generator, will be 11/13/15% slower. Lose one token on the generator for every great skill check preformed on that generator. Can stack up to 1/2/All generators.

Description: Wears a withered suit, with a leg brace, a steel mask and a pair of broken glasses. He is a tall killer, moves at 107.5% movement speed and has a terror raidus of 36 meters.

Difficulty: Intermediate.

Survivor Idea: Jessica Taylor

Perks:
Secret Crowds: All survivors within 16/24/32 meters of you will see your aura. While they can see your aura, their aura cannot be read by the killer.

Lights Out: Your footsteps are completely silent. Whenever you enter the killer’s terror raidus, your scratch marks are slightly/moderately/considerably less noticeable.

Unwanted Attention: Activatable Perk: When sprinting during a chase, press the activate ability button to dash forward while healthy.
•You will dash in a random direction.
•You are not invincible during the dash.
•The dash will last 2 seconds.
•Causes Exhaustion for 60/50/50 seconds.
•You do not recover from Exhaustion while running.

Difficulty: Easy

    Seems
    pretty balanced. But i’d Take away the option for the handcuffed survivor to remove the cuffs with a toolbox. Their hands are cuffed after all.

    So if all the survivors are handcuffed and no one is already carrying a toolbox, the game is over?

    Oh no no no no. He only has 3 handcuffs and you don’t need a toolbox if you’re getting somebody else’s or if someone’s getting your’s.

    I like the handcuffs and I love your attention to only having 3, there is always 1 Survivor who won't have them, in an ideal situation of course. But the power itself is very limited so maybe he should get a secondary ability like Pig has with her traps and Ambush, that way you can play around instead of mostly being an M1 Killer. Other than that this pretty cool.
