    They can't stack bnp, but still the new perk of the new surv is an abominable thing. People don't consider that op toolboxes with add on ops will be spammed. You can already see matches where they close 5 generators in 1 minute.

    Not the case. I tested it and your BNP was refunded with Scavenger. lol May be a bug, idk. But we took it into customs and all 4 survivors with BNP got 4 new BNPs after the perk proc'd.
