Which perks do you think are designed well?

Personally, for survivor, I think Windows of opportunity

For killer, Devour Hope

What about you?

I could probably think of quite a few but a recent one that comes to mind is Pain Resonance - it promotes spreading your hooks out across survivors, it knocks off a decent amount off a generator, and it has layers of tactical thinking to it as to whether you currently think using it is worth it or saving it for the next hook is better. I also like No Way Out for similar reasons. That's just 2 off the top of my head.

Massive fan of Devour Hope !

Killer : Spies From The Shadows (pretty consistent value, kind of a training wheel but it does what it does well), Bamboozle (very satisfying), Nurse's Calling, BBQ, Discordance (can't go wrong with info perks), Monitor & Abuse, new Gearhead is pretty cool, Hex : Blood Favor, Hex : Haunted Ground, Play With Your Food, Lethal Pursuer....

(I play killer with a lot of info perks, so if chase perks or gen regress isn't in the list it's mostly because I don't use them much)

Survivor : Adrenaline (big sacrifice, big payoff if it happens), PT (simple compensation), Aftercare (so. much. info !), Deception, Distortion, Empathy, Overzealous (forces you to do another objective if you want to do gens with it), Repressed Alliance is underrated, Rookie Spirit, Visionary....

Generally info perks are well designed in my opinion. They have a simple purpose and they do it well without it having potential to screw over someone else or be abused.

    Inner Healing.

especially after the COH nerf. im so glad i dont see more People using it.

But then again ... If everybody would use it, it would become weaker.

It balances itself out so well. I Love it :3

Balanced in the sense of neither too strong nor too weak:

    Survivor:

Bond, Prove Thyself, Quick&Quiet, Adrenaline, Empathy, Object of Obsession, Open-Handed, Borrowed Time, Lithe, Alert, Dead Hard, WGLF, Wake Up, Vigil, Stake Out, Detectives Hunch, Windows of Opportunity, Deliverance, Distortion, Inner Strength/Inner Healing, Fixated/Self-Aware, Off the Record, For the People, Flash Bang, Made for this, We Will Make It, Kindred, Hope, Lightweight, Resilience

    Killer:

Brutal Strength, Agitation, Enduring, Tinkerer, A Nurses Calling, STBFL, Devour Hope, Monitor&Abuse, Blood Warden, Make your Choice, PGTW (after the Buff), Hex: Haunted Ground, Discordance, Corrupt Intervention, Infectious Fright, Thrilling Tremors, Surge/Jolt, Mindbreaker/Fearmonger, Hex: Retribution, Hex: Undying, Hex: Blood Favor, Starstruck, No Way Out, Lethal Pursuer, Scourge Hook: Gift of Pain, Scourge Hook: Pain Resonance, Scourge Hook: Floods of Rage, Dissolution, Nowhere to Hide, Genetic Limits, Bitter Murmur, Whispers

For Killer Perks, obviously in a way that they are actually used with a Killer who benefits from it and in combination with other Perks. E.g. Infectious Fright is good on Oni, but not TOO good, but basically useless on Hag.

In general I like Perks which award the Killer for spreading Hooks, e.g. No Way Out is great. I wish Grim Embrace would also be great, but not with the current effect.
