PC - GameSir T4 Kaleid controller not working if connected during game
Plugging the T4 Kaleid controller when DBD is booted up, prevents the controller from working fully.
It works for menus (character & game mode selection, bloodweb, etc) but as soon as a game starts, the controller becomes unresponsive.
It's still possible to press Start & navigate the menus, but the controller doesn't allow the player to move around or do any in-game actions.
Video of what happens (different controller but same issue): https://www.reddit.com/r/deadbydaylight/comments/ofzvm8/couldnt_move_the_entire_game_controller_works_the/
This probably happens because of the unusual connection process of the T4 Kaleid controller: first, it connects as a Gamesir device, and disconnects itself from windows and reconnects as a generic xbox controller. Apparently this confuses DBD, and the controller is not given gameplay access.

A workaround is to restart DBD with the controller already plugged in. Then, during the game you need to disconnect the controller and reconnect.
It works about 60% of the time, the other 40% it doesn't do anything.
