Get out of my head! - your best mind game play

Maybe as Huntress you threw an hatchet behind a window where you thought there was a survivor, maybe you pretended to have wasted your DS only to have it save you much later in the game, or maybe you just stood still in front of a killer who was expecting a 360, making him miss you..

Whatever you did, tell everyone the play you're most proud of, the one that made your opponent so confused you can swear you saw question marks popping from his head!

As Spirit I was being looped around the killer shack by Meg...went into a phase moonwalk around the building and grabbed her by the throat as she vaulted the downed pallet on the other side...not today Meggy!

I was playing as Legion and I just hid near a hooked survivior with Insidious. I waited until they were unhooked and then came charging in swinging madly. Apparently I scared some folks, so it's a win for me.

Don’t use Frenzy as Legion whenever everyone is injured. They’re already thinking since the ‘meta’ is to not heal against them, so it actually makes my life a lot easier to just M1 anyone who thinks they can mindgame me by looping and expecting me to frenzy. :P

I noticed a Nea kept being behind me after I phased after her. So when she ran into the killers shack I just waited at the door and watched her run right towards me. Getting that hit off was so satisfying

I was playing Freddy and there were to survivors on a generator, I put them both to sleep and they scattered towards a nearby loop, they were still transitioning which means my phasing was still in effect. They were running one way so I pretended to chase after them one way but I actually went around to where a window was, so I bamboozled the window when I vaulted and jumpscared the survivor right as they transitioned into the dream world competently and got a nice hit off. It was funny because after that they ran in like a 360 so I could tell I scared them "Just a lil bit"

I was Spirit. I had one survivor already on the hook, and im hooking a 2nd person. I hear grass move behind me, and i realized it was a survivor. I hooked them, backed up just a tad so they were in view while i pretended to phase to the 1st hooked survivor, the one behind be took the bait. Never gonna forget that grab lmao

I sometimes manage to sneak up to Survivors as a cloaked Wraith without ever noticing i'm there.

If i manage to actually get that close, i take even more time by standing at a vault location, Survivors' favorite go-to location when they have a Killer near their Generator.

So i start ringing and as soon as they hear the first DING, they walk into me.

    Guaranteed hit ahoy!

Other than that, idk, the "look away to hide the red stain" sometimes works...

Double fake moonwalk in tiles where pallet is between 2 walls and other wall is wider.

Gets people every time even tho its somewhat safe loop if survivors pay attention.

Backwater Swamp - I'm the killer and it's time for an hatch stand off. Generators are not being done at all, I search everywhere but I can't find neither the hatch nor the survivor. I mean: EVERYWHERE.

Out of desperation I basically hug the wall and walk the whole perimeter of the map, and eventually.. I find the hatch! At the time I didn't know the hatch could spawn so much near the corner of the map, so much so that one couldn't even hear the sound of it without going really out of the way.

I go almost to the opposite side of the map on top of a hill, and camp there, pretending to be afk.

Eventually the survivor sees me, I see him but I do nothing, he's still too far away. Once he's 10-15m away from me, I run, and hit him.

Now he gains some distance due to the hit, runs for the hill and reaches its base.

    He tea bags,

    then, he realizes.

I don't know if this really counts as a mindgame but I love getting grabs with M&A Myers. Sometimes I can get away with several in a game but by then everyone's watching their backs

I was playing as wraith with the Addons that make you uncloak after you break a gen or pallet and there was a group working on a gen, so I went to kick a gen and they went back on the gen only for them to be pulled off by me

Not really a mind-game but I'm really happy with this here.

Yes, this is a pretty old clip but I absolutely love this clip. I'm actually terrible at survivor yet I knew that you're immune to grabs while in dying state so I guess this is a mind game ish...

Edit: Holy crap I'm terrible at English today! 😂

As Spirit, chase towards a pallet, stop, look around and pretend to phase.

Sometimes, survivors come back to you, or even throw the pallet and jump over it to you. xD

Alternatively as Pig: going through loops and fluttering the Ambush roar. I've had this lead into hits, but I'm not actually sure it plays the roar multiple times in the same Ambush.

Played as my boy Detective Tapp and managed to mindgame a billy at a pallet. He tried to turn around and lung but i was already leaving the area.

Just wanted to be sure. You baited him into thinking the hatch was on the hill when it was actually on the opposite side of the map right?

exactly, plus the bonus of me being able to see a large part of the map and making myself very visible to the survivor.

I pulled the same trick four times on a Wraith the other day.

I was being chased on the school map and was running from the killer shack toward the house with the garage. Wraith uncloaks and I turn left into the opening of the fence, the left again to head back towards the killer shack.

As soon as I pass the fence I turned left and crouched right beside the fence. The Wraith runs by, looks around me m, takes a few steps back, sees me, swings and misses.

I made a quick run just around him and crouched beside the fence again right behind him. He ran off thinking I had bolted for the killer shack.

The same scenario happened in the exact same way later that game after I rescued someone from the basement in the shack.

    Good Times.

There was a game I played in the coal tower and I was in there by the boxes, from the open roof a hatchet flies in and hits me. Huntress with best aim ever just so happened to be one of my friends as the after game lobby would show.
