I did not know this was a thing (that men's mental health gets a whole month of focus!).
There are often moments where it's expected for men to "be the man", "be the alpha/sigma", etc.. You do not have to be anything other than yourself. Everyone feels weak and people should encourage other men to be able to talk. There's no shame in this.
You're man enough.

There's also a song that relates solely towards men's mental health I'll share below, written because it was not talk about enough at the time and this was to bring more awareness. It does have soft strobing lights for anyone concerned, but the song and video are both very relevant.
