OG vs Nerfed vs New/Buffed Pop
Original Pop
Original Pop was a flat 25% on 80-second gens, so the value was a constant -20 seconds
Nerfed Pop
Note: Pop is confirmed to be calculated after the base -2.5% (which didn't exist with Original Pop), and since Pop now scales on current progress, I could only set "checkpoints" to give an idea of the time saved on the now 90-second gens
25% - 6.3 seconds/7%
50% - 10.8/12%
75% - 17.1/19%
99.99% - 19.7/21.89%
Current Pop
People generally thought Pop was murdered, although I'd argue it was still a pretty helpful perk. Nevertheless, it's been buffed from 20% to 30%.
25% - 8.325 seconds/9.25%
50% - 15.075/16.75%
75% - 24.525/27.25%
99.99% - 28.575/31.75%
For reference, Pain Res was -13.5/15% (on 90-sec gens) and is now -22.5/25% at the cost of only being used four times.

I personally didn't think pop needed a buff however it'll be an interesting shake up. Initially I'm seeing a lot of pop and it's a very good perk and keeping gens low especially on more mobile killers who don't lose much distance or when used with other gen kicking perks like eruption. I've had a few matches where killers lost gens early but were able to create a very strong defence once at 3-4 gens left which if the killer had previously killed someone became almost impossible to break beyond a god tier chase, not like the old 3 gens however because they did actually have to commit to downing the survivor. As stated previously this has the benefit over old pop of working on gens which are 90 seconds not 80, having an additional 2.5% when applied and new gen kick perks which are actually good although it's worse at bringing gens to 0% (which is probably good for the game).

Everyone knows that pop in general is bad on killers that have no mobility, but this should come to no surprise that it will be strong on killers like Blight/Nurse even Billy etc..
