Is The Legion broken?
For some reason me and my teammates went down when the killer was in frenzy. Keep in mind the Legion was able to down people even without reaching the 5 required frenzy hits.
Am I missing something?

I thought he was kill switched because of that issue. I could be wrong since I haven't gotten on today, but I've heard he had a game breaking bug

Yes, I noticed it. Can it be that 4 hits are enough?

Yeah I've noticed it. A Legion I went against hit 2 survivors with Frenzy then downed me with Frenzy. It seems bugged

Wasnt there a bug that allowed to stack hits from hooked survivors when the rework happened? maybe thats back?
I played Legion and faced them recently but didnt noticed anything different, so i cant tell.

It’s possible on 3 survivors, if 1 mends that is. But the Legion I went against only had a chain hit of 1

Nope, legion is normal, its also not 5, its 4, and the 5th hit downs. Are you sure you counted right?

Problem is not with his power. His animation is bugged. He looks like using frenzy when he chase you with m1. From killer pov, probably it's not noticable.
