Gonna' go on a whim and say a CC made a Singularity Video.
I've gotten four Hux's and they've all had the same build.

The Starstruck/Agitation one? It's quite a popular build with a lot of creators at the moment.

Which? Agi-Starstruck or a slug build with Knock Out?

Expose stacking yeah.

I am slugging till I got four on the floor. This way I can sometimes use my power in a chase, and this is the only way I can have fun with this killer at the moment. And forseeable future, I talked about the upcoming changes to EMP in a couple other threads and I am not even remotely convinced that this will be much of a change, since the core issues are untouched.
I hate this change to killers items. Its one thing to exempt the killer items from being knocked out of your hand by Franklins (which already were a pretty hefty nerf), but now allowing survivors to just grab anything they want and don't have to make any decisions or feel any consequences? Wow ... so why even add this items into the game? Just put the killers powers on a timer and disable it every 45s or something. Would save survivors the confusion of handling two items. Don't thank me, just implement it.

A new killer released? Heavens, those content creators better not make any videos on them!

Ah yes slugging four survivors so that you can have fun. Classic killer main right here. If you struggle to use such an easy power in chase there's really no surprise you resort to that. Hear me out here because this might be a little scary: you need to LEARN how to play a NEW killer! The future EMP changes they will implement are significant and I don't know what core issues you're waffling about. Nearly everyone is happy apart from you. This is literally the result of a skill issue and not being willing to learn new mechanics. The killer hasn't even been out for a week. This is just embarassing.

Yes, I definitely need to sort out my skill issues; me and the two gazillion other peeps who lament the state of this release in nearly as many threads and complained about the very thing in the ptb, that became a massive problem now (god forbid those test runs had actually impact on the release, and not just to test the public opinion).
That being said, while my comment was a bit tongue in cheek, it also was not meant totally in jest. I paid money for this DLC, because I wanted to support BHVR and because I saw potential in this killer ... but the way it released it was more sobering then anything else that transpired in the last half year. Its not like a four slugging game is any kind of secret technique to win, but this killer is most of the time so impotent, because he gets shut down so hard, it makes you cry. But I guess you have countless hours with Hux under your belt, judging from your intimate knowledge of his ease of use :)
And its the same vicious circle we are all trapped in all eternity, so that The Entity can feed off of our despair and frustration: "I am not responsible for the other sides fun. Leave me alone you weirdo. Somethingsomething skill issues!" DHs away/kicks a gen to prime it with Eruption/macroclicks the flashlight/Overbrines the same gen for good measure/Circle of Healing 7s heal with one of the 6 heals inside the green medkit/won't win, but defend this 3-gen for another 30mins/... and The Entity ever feasts, yet never slakes is ravenous hunger.

There are consequences. If I'm holding a medkit and EMP, then I can't heal a team mate with my medkit. If I put the EMP down, it despawns. There are many significant moments in a game where time is valuable, and being able to hold both a special item and survivor item at the same time is a hindrance.

Yeah there was an Otz video on Agi-Starstruck.
I gave it a try and it’s honestly really fun and makes up for his EMP weakness.
I’ve tried tons of other builds on him but none of them feel as good as the Starstruck build.

The self righteousness of this post is something else, he's just playing a video game in a way others don't like, it isn't fun for the other team, but it's just a game man. If this bothers you that much, then you need to take a break, go play civil maybe? Just get your kind off this game for a bit.

Sometimes I wish Twitch and YouTube didn't exist so players would experiment for themselves. These days, people just copy whatever build they see online. And this applies to all multiplayer games. Like in Call of Duty, everyone is using the same couple of guns because their fav content creator told them it's the best. Few people use their imagination anymore. :/

It's really funny you replied after seeing I have 13 upvotes. Are you calling all those people self-righteous for having the same opinion as me? What do you mean by my 'kind', I think that's rather innapropriate to say and pretty self-righteous but oh well. I have taken quite an extensive break as the game has gotten stale for me so yeah I don't know what else to say. It doesn't bother me much, pointing out that slugging is not an achievement is necessary sometimes, especially if it involves a skill issue! Also, don't you dare tell me what to do, I mean who even are you?

The DBD hive mind has returned. Simultaneously complaining about a stale meta while only using CC builds

My phone autocorrected "mind" to "kind", and I'm not telling you to do anything, I'm suggesting you take a break if you're being bothered by this game too much. Slugging, tunneling, and camping are all not fun to verse, but they're necessary strategies if you want to win against certain teams, in the same way that greeding gens and body blocking/taking hits aren't fun to face.

I think it was a typo and they meant to say mind. Easy mistake
