Why after getting out of camera mode you are slowered.It reminds me twins when changing between them.? Any reason why?

That happens when you're standing too close to a hooked survivor. In order to not be slowed down after exiting the camera mode, you need to walk further away from the hook. It's an anti-camp measure.
