Decisive Strike glitch where after i used it i started spectating the killer as if still being carry

i used my Decisive strike but the killer kept walking with me even though my I got out and my body started floating around and i could countrol it kind of but i couldnt see it because i kept spectating the killer like i was being carried. i also have a clip of it but it doesnt let me put it in.

This has also happened to me. Nintendo switch player and this is my third incident regarding this bug. I have screenshots that show what happens, I’m locked onto the killer while my body floats in the carry position. In my most recent game I was also flash light saved afterward and the bug repeated itself.
