Just woke up from a nap and played a match as Deathslinger...
I found out that his power negates the basekit borrowed time and allows you to re-down them again.
Pretty good if you if you need (or want) to tunnel someone out for any reason.

Yeah it's always been a thing, one interesting quirks he has.
Still it doesn't counter OTR sadly, but can be used against actual borrowed time to some degree too.

True, and I guess I've seen a bit of that new perk that has split a war between the community. I will say, if people keep using the new perk with high win rates (what BHVR mainly views), it WILL get nerfed (I do not take sides on any part of this, as I don't notice it in-game, and it's bull drama until everyone starts running +10% haste builds)
