Visual glitches on Nurse [PC]

First of all, the Nurse's hair of the outfits White Rose Gauze and Dark Rose Gauze are slightly appearing in the right corner of the screen when she succumbs fatigue.
Secondly, when she is blinking you can see inside her left arm if using Shadowborn.
I'll provide screenshots as soon as possible, but Nurse got disabled yesterday which stopped me from doing so.
