Remove SWFs
SWFs are effectively sanctioned cheating given a full SWF using voice comms effectively has access to every information perk in the game and Killers have no counters to it.

Nope, it can be done. Or they can be put into their own matchmaking pools that Killers can opt into for a 300-400% BP incentive.

The game launched without a party system.
There's also the fact that most full 4-man SWFs are griefing sweatlords out to torment the Killer rather than play the game. If you aren't playing a high tier Killer running all top tier perks and addons, you don't stand a chance.

I’m pretty certain Mandy has stated the game was created with the full intent to be a party game… plain and simple, what you’re asking will never be done. It would literally kill the game.

I feel you, the problem you get by dividing the player base in the long-term health of game suffers, and playing with your friends makes the game far more marketable, which is needed badly for any game to succeed.
The devs have gone on record as saying the game is balanced around SWFs, and Killers do have access to strong perks to help manage SWFs. The downside is, it does crush Solo's, but that's the way it is sadly.
I made a suggestion to just give solo players an extra boost in rewards a little while back for playing the harder game mode and encourage people to pick it more... but that got a lot of the same pushback of dividing the community... So when I play solo, I don't focus too much on escaping and instead get wrapped up in tbe immersion and tension of the game instead, so I have fun.

Dude, I know what you're talking about yet sometimes in life, you have to grit your teeth and get over it.
For example:
Recently, I played a Trickster match (uncommon, as I usually camp as Bubba). all 4 people were in a SWF, all 2 started with purple flashlights with odd bulbs and intense halogen combo, while one had a toolbox and the other had a medkit, yet both had Residual Manifest.
They all were very coordinated with very little info perks (as they were mainly running DS and Adrenaline), and had it not been for the quick down at the beginning, I wouldn't have gotten 2 kills, with one being a bleed out and the other being a sacrifice.

They do tremendous amount of advantage and is also very much problem in balancing, but BHVR never ever care about that problem much.

And if BHVR won't limit SWFs to their own matchmaking pool, then they need to start balancing Survivors around the assumption that it's a four man SWF balance around that. If that means heavy survivor nerfs, so be it. SoloQ can thank SWFs for it.

A good start would be monthly balance updates (Or more) instead of waiting every three months.
Putting a halt to the release of new maps, survivors and killers and do a serious Operation Health and do several patches focused solely on balancing and bug fixes.

yes, lets take out multiplayer mode from the multiplayer game.
I too think we need to punish people if they want to have fun together or want to play effectively.
Thats why every other tactical Multiplayer game on this world only can be played solo. Rainbow six, counter strike, valorant, LoL, Dota 2, Apex, they all are only playable alone. DbD is the ONLY one that does it wrong, because you can play as a team when you are in a team.

They can always penalize SWFs and prevent sniping-for-swf, it's not that hard.
Without losing playerbase or making them angry? definitely nothing they can do, beside marginally making solos closer to it.

You can clearly tell the game was never designed to have communication in it as it destroys strategies and playstyles from killers. Playing a stealth killer for example is infinitely harder against a premade. I agree, it gives an unfair advantage.
However, there is no way back. It would kill the game, if the would remove premades. Also, not all premades are try hards. It is not easy to balance.

The game launched without SWF because at launch they only had time to implement one mode back then and they decided to prioritize KYF, however SWF was always planned, as Mandy stated here:
And as she explained, please let's avoid calling SWF cheating, it's literally a supported feature in the game.
