My Opinion On "Made For This"
I normally just try to avoid posting stuff like this, since people normally respond with objections about how Im wrong and how my opinion is horrible, etc. etc.
I want to speak from experience, definitely not something factual, so dont expect a bunch of numbers crammed down your throat, Im speaking solely from experience.
Made For This, is really strong, like really, really strong. However I think it's strength revolves a lot around maps as well. Maps that are amazing for holding W from window to pallet to window, it has a significantly strong impact, so much so that it often feels like Im losing distance in some chases only from this perk. I can say, at the very least, this perk feels awful to play against.
When using Made For This, it feels like I have significantly more room for mistakes as long as I hug the loop tightly, and I am able to heavily (and I mean heavily) extend my chase time while putting significantly less effort towards actually doing so. And Made For This's effect works well with my favorite Exhaustion perk, Balanced Landing, since I can effectively have something to further extend chases and something to entirely reset a chase with literally no consequences.
I know some people will say "what about Made For This + Hope" and frankly, Hope is putting in more work their than Made For This, and Im perfectly fine with Hope being the way that it is. I think the issue here is just Made For This, since it just feels really bad to play against, and it feels almost too good to use as Survivor.

Fair points! I have found the perk to be particularly strong with a chase playstyle of "you lost track of me for 2 seconds so I'm gonna run over to this structure over here". I don't really mind it since it takes up a perk slot, and I feel like it's fairly balanced when it comes to the macro game in most situations.

Youre 100% right. I feel the same way. I mostly play pig, Legion and killers like that and after this perk comes like it is at live servers I played like 50 killer games and now I have decided to dont play killer again while this perk exsists. Against Pig, Legion etc this perk is too strong and a real pain.
On the otherside as survivor MFT feels rlly good. Distance you wouldnt have made before are now reachable on the right map you are nearly uncatchable.

Pretty much agreed, Hope had 7% haste all time and that alone is already god damn strong as is and never been a problem, what's truly problematic in MfT is the fact you can basically extend every chase during 80% of actual games without any real risk or effort.

I went against these Twitch streamers and one random. The one random was running Made For This and I could immediately tell by how long he was looping me (Wraith) at shack and I couldn't do anything about it.

Agree with you. I think MFT is only shown us how bad maps are when chaining windows and pallets. Its making already bad thing worst. So already survivor-side map like GoJ is just made worse for killers bc ppl running MfT. Just more reason in my that the devs need to rework maps to be more balance for both sides.

Maps are a giant glaring issue and I am surprised large maps even still exist as killers lose a massive amount of pressure on them. MfT+Hope is definitely a problem that killers can't really counter. If Hope overrode MfT at EGC, I don't think there would be a problem.
