Singularity might just be the best BP gainer in the entire game

I've played around with who can gain the fastest and most consistent BP in the game for a long time now. Played countless killers, almost always run BP bonus perks only. Who can easily get hunter and deviousness, who has that rare Brutality bonus build into their power, who ends games fast. I've tested them all.

And I think I can say with confidence that Hux might just be the absolute best in the game at grinding BP. If you get a hit within 10 seconds of teleporting to a survivor, you get 300 bonus. But after they tweaked him, he no longer gets penalized down to 150 per hit anymore after a set amount of hits. This is an amazing change, and I'd really like to see such caps removed from older killers as well. Even if you have to slightly tweak their BP gain to make it happen.

He is really fast at starting chases, even against good survivors he has a power that lets you get hits at a reasonable pace. And thanks to his Brutality bonus, he is one of the few killers in the game who can consistently max this category out.

Note that you shouldn't play him in a campy, 3 genning manner if you want points. It's all chase. His power actually feels surprisingly great when you use it exclusively in chase. Much more fun this way.

I think Doctor and Legion are way better farmers than him.

And I disagree with the Deviousness, his deviousness score events give too little BP.

Legion, Doc, Nemesis and Oni are all better BP gainers than Hux

So these are my last 4 games. I forgot to time one of them. Build is Distressing, Beast of Prey, Thrill of the Hunt and Lethal Pursuer. Keep in mind that in these games I'm not even remotely tunneling, camping or otherwise trying to win. It might actually be faster to play dirty because the games are shorter then, but here I'm just trying to make the categories reach max as soon as possible.

    Midwich, 11:31, 35520 Bloodpoints

    Garden of Joy, 37400 Bloodpoints

    Pale Rose, 09:02, 29502 Bloodpoints

    Dead Dawg, 09:08, 37100 Bloodpoints

Yeah, I get it. The full BP build is obviously going to make Deviousness and Hunter easy to max, lots of characters can do that. But Hux is different in his amazing ability to get Brutality, and consistently too.

Keep in mind I'm not even very good with him, I almost exclusively use his power in chase and rarely to catch survivors around the map.

I'm telling you guys he's really damn good. You guys should try him.

    More:

Torment Creek, 13:11, 38150. Was capped in 3 categories at 9 minutes, but finding hatch and killing the last survivor took some time.

Hux is pretty good because of the built in Brutality to break pallets and hit but you also have to run Distressing if you want a chance at maxing deviousness. You get way too little to max out in a normal game unless you're farming it at the end.

Legion can max everything semi-consistently without using any BP perks so he only ever worries about sacrifice. Hux is stronger then Legion so it's easier to get sacrifice so I'd say it depends on how you're doing your BP farming.

If you're going for pure speed, I think Legion is better since it's much easier to max everything and only care about sacrifice when you can, even more so with a BP build. If you're still trying to win all your matches then Hux is better since he's stronger.

Another plus for Legion is that they're very simple to use so you can just turn your brain off; this also makes them great for beginners. Hux needs more concentration and knowledge to play.

They're both great BP farmers though, same with Doc and some others. I think the most important thing is using a killer your comfortable with and is fun to play to make BP farming less tedious.

"I think I can say with confidence that Hux might just be the absolute best..."

Lol, "I think", "might just". Way to take a firm stand on a subject.

So to the people who are playing these killers to farm the most bloodpoints, are you putting points back into these characters so you can share the Terrormisu love with the survivors? Or are you just going in with a survivor pudding, reaping all the combined points of others and then putting all the points and anniversary offerings on your mains to hoard them?

I always share the love. 2-hook everyone and then just mess around and farm unless they don't want to. I got 240k BP in the match below and have been getting around the same in most matches. I love events 😁

Pudding every match. I do this on every single character I play, regardless of role. If there's a BP booster I'm using it.

I use those words because there are lots of great BP farmers in the game, and stating your opinions like facts comes off as extremely arrogant when you consider this. I'm just stating my own discoveries here. But if you're interesting in actually reading the thread, I made a compilation of the games I played showing my BP gains.

@MrMori any updates to your findings or final thoughts? Will you be running singularity for future BP events as well etc.?

Also off topic but why can't I view your forum profile? Is it private somehow. I'm also wondering what perks do you run when playing survivor in terms of BP

-Dump points into killer, unlock several anniversary cakes

-Play match with that killer using one of the cakes.

-Take the points from that match and dump into the next killer in my rotation.

    - Play match with that killer using one of the cakes I just unlocked on them.

Rinse and repeat on and on. Usually takes an evening or two to rotate through the twenty-some killers I will play.
