Wow the speed hackers are out in droves for this event.

No speed perks but it's completely obvious they are not moving normal speed.

Speed boost one of the event powers? These guy's were constantly like it.

  Nope. I was playing survivor until i finished the survivor challenges. The invitation doesn't give you speed as far as I am aware.
