Yep! https://otzdarva.com is really good. Has perk tier lists, builds for every killer, and addon tier lists for every killer.

I only use Double chili on Bubba. There’s too many situations where the charge time on beast marks cucks you from downing the survivor before they make it to the window..

The Chili's, the Beast Mark's, and Primer Bulb. Pretty much everything else is bad.

Yeah the chilis are crazy. His biggest weakness is window loops, and the chilis can give you just enough time for a pre rev to make the hit.
