60 fps cap
i barely play dbd these days but devs. why did you make it so even on pc its only 60 fps with no way to increase it not even in the config folder? when the fps dips below 60 which it does because its dbd its annoying as anything when we are on pc and can easily support above 60 so can this be changed so we can have higher than 60 if our pc supports it theirs no reason why not ....

It can be uncapped in the config archives.

no it cant believe me i tried it they patched it so now its stuck at 60 .... it used to be its why i say this unfortunately or sadly smh

I play at 120 fps. They changed the folder recently a couple patches ago. Utilize the search function.

so whats this folder called now then? ive been in 2 different configs it made no difference and what did you change to get 120 fps?

game seems to have a weird stutter at times when uncapping fps. so i changed mine back. i have a 4080 with a 10th gen processor so i dont believe my hardware is to blame. but who knows

i thought i was the only one lol. like on skill checks for instance. when it is uncapped it gives a weird stutter. Then there will be certain instances where ill just all of a sudden massive frame drop once a match.

yeah probably a memory leak either they cant optimise it because of that or its an engine issue. or they just suck at keeping it stable i do get 120 fps more or less but their is definitely performance dips its not that noticeable to being 120 but if it dipped below 80 it would be horrible. but i can barely tolerate playing the game as is without getting bored of it being repetitive so you know lol

Probably because console ports of the game can barely even reach 60fps so there actually is a bit of logic behind this decision, unlike their refusal to give us the option to remove autoaim.

Just might be. I'd get frames down into the teens in the central room on Lery's with my Xbox1x.
Also pour one out for our dear Switch cousins imagine what they have to suffer through running DBD.
