Was playing Customs on RPD East Wing, Picked up a survivor as Meyers with Scratched mirror and Boyfriend's Memo for addons, with PWYF, Fire Up, STBFL, and NOED as my perks. One Bill was in my hands, while the other was next to the pallet in Tiger Room ready to pallet save. He successfully stuns me, and as a result, the pallet is left in a state where i cannot break the pallet, and the survivors cannot vault away from the tiger statue.

After further testing, is replicatable on all killers

After even further testing, it seems to be the map itself, it can also only be dropped on one side and does not matter if it stuns the killer
