Distortion token loss and charging while on hook

If you're on hook and the killer has an aura perk that can trigger on you, you will lose a token. You can also gain it back while hanging.

Platform is Steam and so far, token loss occured every time with BBQ (when far enough) and the charging too, any time there was a beartbeat. Seems pretty consistent but I haven't been able to test it in custom yet with other aura perks.
