Just make them whiff. The swong just needs to happen while you're in chase, and it needs to miss near you.

I would have said use Dead Hard but since its nerf I don't think it would work anymore, so 360 like crazy when you don't have any other option left, fake windows and stuff like that. You can also bait a hit while the killer is carrying someone and if all goes wrong you can try to run near a killer when they're chasing somebody else and I think if they hit them but not you it still counts

Could run Breakout and run around the killer when he's carrying someone, easier to make em whiff AND you might help your teammate. Or the new perk Made for This apparently makes a lot of good killers whiff because they're so used to default speed.

I got lucky and found a friendly Hux who gave me most of mine.

You could try and go for jukes at windows. Look like you're gonna vault it but then run to the side instead. They have to be pretty close on your tail, and they won't fall for it every time, but it can get you some whiffs.

It's an incredibly stupid challenge. Is almost entirely reliant on the killer making a mistake.

You need to try bait Killers. Try faking windows and pallets by pretending you are about to use them. It's RNG tho, some Killers will fall for it more times per chase, some once and some never.

Made for this could also be pretty good

Sprint Burst could be handy when used right. Slowly walk away from the killer then sprint away as they go for the hit.

Of course this might not work on more seasoned killers, but it's worth trying.

Greeding pallets and using Sprint Burst when theyre really close usually works

    Spin spin spin.

Window vaults will eventually get you it, add Resilience for better odds. Sprint Burst can also help as they might swing at you as you zoom away. Bait window vaults too but don't just wiggle against the window in a way that'd get you a medium vault, really try to sell it.

    fake window vaults

You can chase the killer while they are chasing someone else and if the killer misses your ally it will count for you as well as long as you are like 1-2m away from the killer

Name yourself "NeedingNearHits". Come killers respect the rougher challenges.

baiting a hit with a sprint burst helps

until they hit you with the tip anyways

You can pretty easily bait a swing by faking a vault. Just make it look like you are gonna vault it in a scenario where lunging would hit you mid vault, then just dont vault.

360s - Too risky but works sometimes.

Res - This perk is good for vaulting builds. Just bait killer to hit you before you are jumping. Risky but works.

Camp pallet and drop it with good timing. If you drop pallet the moment they swing, it counts as well. But ofcourse you should not get hit.

This challenge is awful and should be removed. The amount of time wasted just hoping a killer messes up at a window or trying to bait out a miss with sprint burst is way too high.

M1 swings while the killer is carrying a survivor do count for it and have pretty short range, Sprint Burst and Dramaturgy also work pretty well for it

It is unfortunately more reliant on the killer being bad then you being good, so don't be shocked if getting it takes a while

I'm pretty sure Dead hard and other endurance effects work for it, at least it did in the last tome challenge i did of it several weeks back.

So...Dead hard, Medkit endurance addon, Off the Record etc.
