New killer perks changed, lets talk.
First, link to the page.
Now how i humble see it.
Coup de Grâce : Could see some use for some killers 10 strong attacks sounds a little better.
Claustrophobia: Curious to try it, map dependant and you dont have control on it, but could work for some killers.
Hangman’s Trick: Nerfed, why? Make hooks unbreakable or instarespawn or something else. Also more meters are needed, yeah is have 4 more meters in 80% less map. F
Territorial Imperative: Stil the same.
Remember Me: Well small buff for some endgame build i guess. Still looks bad.
Hex: Crowd Control: Looks promising i just dont like hexes. (but thats on me)
Trail of Torment: This one looks that have good potential. You can go whitout terror redious and teleport back with some killers if someone touch that gen. Demo and dredge could use this.
In short.
Good: Claustrophobia, coup , crowd control and trail of torment.
Meh: Territorial and remember me.
######### bhvr: Hangmans trick.
What do you think.
(😁Also congratulations to the 4 Sadako players😁)

Most impactful changes are Remember Me ( Endgame perk ), Hex Crowd Control ( Chase perk, but is still a hex ) and Train of Torment ( Chase perk ). The rest feel meh and situational.
Doesn't feel like much of the buff tbh, just bunch of not-so-popular perks getting some tweaks here and there.

I love Coup de Grâce these buffs have me over the moon :3

Coup changes seem too much to me personally... though I do acknowledge the perk is underwhelming as it currently is, when you actually get the use it is incredibly strong and ten tokens is a lot. We will see I guess

Tho I already post this on another Thread it fits this one more I think. Here are my thoughts about the killer perks. Overall Im really lukewarm on all the changes. Some are really good but still don't make me want to use them.
"I don't know about everyone else but none of these killer perk changes really excite me all that much.
Coup de Grâce- It's awesome they doubling the uses of the perk but for me, I still don't like how easily you can waste the tokens of the perk. Meaning I personally won't be using it still. I do know this is just a personal choice and to those who love using this perk I'm happy for yall.
Claustrophobia- The change to this perk is pretty cool but it is still a map dependant perk.
Hangman’s Trick- The change to this perk does nothing to it imo. Great you increased the range by 4 meters but now it only affects half the hooks that are still heavy depending on rng. I rather them just rework the perk and have it do something else.
Territorial Imperative- Like Hangman's Trick the change does nothing to the perk other than change some numbers. Doesnt makes it any more useful imo. I rarely hook ppl in the basement and when I do I care less if someone goes there to get someone off the hook. If I want to camp basement I'm going to camp basement from outside inside the 24 meters of this perk req. Again I rather saw a rework to this perk.
Remember Me- It's a ok change but in a game where MfT and Hope stacking is happening, endgame perks seem more and more useless. The only good one imo right now is NOED since it slightly counters Hope and MfT. I used to love using NWO but with the MFT and Hope meta that has been popping up, I switched NWO with Fearmonge or Bloodecho to counter MFT.
Hex: Crowd Control- Really good change but I doubt you get to see it in a match more than once. Even now when it's only 14 sec it gets cleansed pretty quickly for me so when it's 60s every survivor going to hurt totems and get rid of it right away. If Im running a hex build I still rather have the other hexes than CC.
Trail of Torment- This one is the one that I don't understand at all. I don't know about others but losing Trails when a survivor loses a heath state was never my main issue with this perk(in fact I completely forgot it even did that in the first place). My main issue was the whole it stops working when the gen stop regressing and the fact survivors are notified which gen you kicked to get Trails working by highlighting it yellow.
I don't know all these perk changes are just so lukewarm to me and change nothing really. I'll still run the same builds I do now since none of these changes excitement and make me want to change my builds up. That ofc just my opinion."

None of these are meta now, and they won’t be meta with the changes. These buffs are a waste.

With the exception to Hangman's Trick, all of these sound like nice changes for players wanting to diversify their load-outs. Claustrophobia I feel has had the nicest change and will become rather more effective than what people may consider. Coup-de-Gras and Crowd Control are very nice alterations. Trail of Torment is a small change, but it's a step up so there are no complaints.
Hangman's Trick feels like it's a continuation of the meme "Nerf the Pig". It's actually quite an accomplishment to nerf the unnerfable! The one thing which I do like is turning it into a Scourge, but rather than do what they did, maybe do something like: as long as someone is on this Scourge Hook, survivors give Killer instinct whenever they are within 6m of any hook which continues for a couple of seconds once out of range. Also add that Scourge Hooks cannot be sabotaged as a mini extra bonus.

Always been a remember me chad hopefully they eventually just buff it to pre endgame collapse remember me

Sadly for remember me, right now hope + make for this are popular, so end game builds works a little less.

Blight add-ons in a strong place? Nerf Pig.
Hangman's Trick I think could at least benefit from a similar treatment Monstrous Shrine got when it got turned into a Scourge. Of course, not the basement hooks, but I don't readily see an issue if Hangman created 2 or more additional scourge hooks. That gives it some merit to be used in combination with other Scourge perks and with current Pain Res, there's no issue of gens infinitely regressing like before.
Coup buffs are gonna be funny.

Crowd control seems very strong. Blocking windows for the entire minute is insanely strong. That basically makes tiles dead once the survivor vaults it a single time for the entire duration of the chase.

trail of torment might see use on meme builds but they did not fix problem with the perk which is yellow aura and long cooldown. Coup could be ok but probably not enough tokens. Most of my games as killer is losing 3 gens by first chase and then quickly losing last 2 gens in next 2 minutes which forces me to 3 man slug if I have successfully tunneled and eliminated one survivor. On bright side, you get 10 tokens... but those will quickly disappear. it might better but not better enough. hangman got nerfed and rest of the perks are meme-tier.

yes but it is hex. you could make hex block every single window on the map permanently and i am not sure if anyone would use it over bamboozle due hex status besides maybe bubba/billy maybe Oni.

Survivors have to spend time finding it. It's an early game chase perk that also helps slow down the early game as well. Good alternative if you are looking to run something other than CI or Lethal.
