Do old Rift Cosmetics ever Become Available for Purchase?

I know they bring back certain collections at times, and they gave away some outfits as part of the anniversary, but I just remember the tome trailers pretty much saying these cosmetics will be gone for good once it’s over. So when they say that does it pertain only to getting them without cells/shards? Have old rift outfits ever made it to the store? I apologize if there are already some in the store (and thus I should know) but I’m not familiar with all the cosmetics and what all was rift versus regular releases.

    The unique survivor(s) and unique killer ones of that respective tome do yeah. Typically about a ~year after the tome ends.

    The re-colours of existing outfits do not as far as I know. I just checked and a bunch of the recolours I have aren't in the store.
