Lets start with, this actually feels like a nerf, the largest problem I see is if survivors just constantly take a tape and then place it in the nearest one, shutting down both with a massive penalty to her mobility, this also makes it to where she can’t spread condemed because no TVs are on to teleport to, survivors should be depositing tapes to get rid of condemed instead of shutting down her power, my best solution is one of two, the first being survivor shut off TVs are 20-30 seconds, this way you can keep the ability to deposit in any tv without hurting her power immensely, the other being make sure they can deposit in multiple TVs but not any that are near the one you grabbed the tape from, making it a good way to Deny her power but is greater slowdown
