optimization of DBD's code

is there any idea for when DBD will get a facelift? CPU usage seems a little high nowadays with all these new things that are getting added to the game, even for more powerful processors!

Yeah it puts my graphics card into over drive, which no other game does, and it did that with the singularity update.
Whats going on?

sorry, don't mean to necro! i just wanted to highlight this too. recently with all these changes to the graphics, my GPU seems to be working way harder than it used to. i had to edit a few .ini files to try and lessen some of the workload to keep my computer comfy 😅
